Our work is focused in Ceredigion and Mid Wales, a beautiful area of varied land and seascapes. Whilst this area is beautiful, we know there is still much work to be done to restore and protect biodiversity. That is why we are committed to ensuring our developments provide net benefits for biodiversity and encourage a shared space for people and nature.

Forward Thinking

Often, planning policies and developers only think short-term with little consideration for the longer-term changes to our planet. Whilst we must abide by current planning guidance, we strive to constantly improve and innovate.

Although we are a business, we apply the principles of the Wellbeing of Future Generations (Wales) Act to our work.

Local

Think global, act local. It's a saying we hear a lot. But it does ring true. We have the biggest impact in our local communities.

That's why we work with local contractors and merchants. Our contractors take pride in their work because they are a part of the community. We work with our suppliers to shorten our supply chains. Although some projects necessitate certain products and/or expertise from outside of the community, all of our projects are locally-led and driven.

Wider change in the industry

We have made massive strides forward in our commitments to the planet and we are proud to be on this journey. However, we are but one developer working in an industry which is failing to address the environmental crises we are facing.

That is why we are working with cross-sector partners where possible to improve the construction sector as a whole. This is a very long journey.
